(The 6th Cross-Strait Property Law Forum) | Asian Institute of International Financial Law’s forum this year focused on the evaluation of Land Management Law of the People’s Republic of China, discussing the 40 land law Greater China Region scholars’ insights into rural land legal system and rural land reform in mainland China, and the impact of the Civil Code’s chapter on property rights on rural land, land law in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
