Corporate and Financial Law

Paul Lejot is the Executive Director of the University of Hong Kong’s Master of Laws in Corporate and Financial Law. Formerly a banker engaged in client coverage and product management in Europe, Southeast and South Asia, his research interests centre on the influence of law on financial sector location choice and agglomeration, the laws of financial markets and organised exchanges, institutional influences on contracting, transaction innovation and customary market practice, and the law and practice of sovereign debt. Paul Lejot is a fellow of the Asian Institute of International Financial Law.
